Phil Collins' song Take Me Home
was originally released in the UK in July of 1985, and in the US in March of 1986. The above video is an excerpt from "Prodigal Son", the first episode of the second season of Miami Vice, which aired September 27, 1985. So in the US, the song had not yet been released when the episode aired.
